A 30 year old single grain Scotch whisky here from the Invergordon Distillery, independently bottled up as part of the Forgotten Gems series. This range is about bringing the last drops of exciting whiskies to the tasting glasses of whisky fans, rather than letting it be forgotten. A virtuous mission, we're sure you'll agree. Just 92 bottles were produced.
Vanilla wafers, chocolate ice cream, resinous oak, and a touch of treacle tart.
Fruity coffee, croquembouche, lemon peel, ginger spiciness.
