A 30 year old single grain Scotch whisky here from the Invergordon Distillery, which has been independently bottled for The Cooper's Choice range by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co.! Distilled in October 1990 and aged in a bourbon cask for three decades, this one was bottled in 2021 with a small outturn of 282 bottles.
Honeycomb, sawdust, hot chocolate, sponge cake.
Icing sugar, roasted nuts, crème caramel, a drying oaky spiciness developing in the background.
Toasted cereals, with lingering anise and foam banana sweetness.
