Distilled in October 1990 and aged in a bourbon cask for three decades, this one was bottled in 2021 with a small outturn of 282 bottles.

Nose
Honeycomb, sawdust, hot chocolate, sponge cake.
Palate
Icing sugar, roasted nuts, crème caramel, a drying oaky spiciness developing in the background.
Finish
Toasted cereals, with lingering anise and foam banana sweetness.
