An independently bottled single grain from the Invergordon distillery, aged for 30 years in a single bourbon casks - distilled in November 1987 and bottled in 2018 by The Vintage Malt Whisky Company for The Cooper's Choice range. Only 250 bottles were produced.
Caramelised dates, honey-roasted peanuts, a hint of cinnamon.
Chocolatey at first, with honey developing later on and subtle herbaceous notes.
Waxy orange, coffee beans and strawberry.
