Bourbon
A 30 year old single grain from the Invergordon distillery, aged in a single bourbon hogshead cask from December 1987 to June 2018. Following that, Hannah Whisky Merchants bottled it all up for the Lady of the Glen range, producing 193 cask strength bottles.
Shortbread, Terry's Chocolate Orange, Christmas spices (heavy on the clove and nutmeg) and sponge cake dripping with syrup.
Sugared almonds, cherry bakewells, mint chocolate ice cream and pine.
Spicy on the finish with clove and anise.
