Distilled at Invergordon in May 1997, this spectacular single grain Scotch joins our exclusive Master of Malt Single Cask collection. The whisky spent an impressive 27 years maturing in a single refill hogshead, yielding 281 bottles when we opened it in August 2024.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Creamy vanilla, hazelnut meringue, shortbread, and notes of brandy butter, with hints of wild strawberries and toffee popcorn nestling among elegant leather and polished oak beneath.
Palate
Pink grapefruit dusted with brown sugar, sweet and zesty, with bright orchard fruits, honeyed flapjack, and a satisfying tickle of warming spice in the depths.
Finish
Sweet notes of caramel, honeydew melon, subtle herbs, and vibrant oaken vanilla.
