From The Easy Sipper independent bottling range comes a 25 year old single grain Scotch whisky distilled by Invergordon. This one was distilled back in 1996, and filled into a single American oak barrel to rest for quarter of a century, which was plenty of time for it to develop a creamy, vanilla-packed flavour profile.
Brown sugar, egg custard tarts, hints of liquorice and freshly-cut cedar.
Vanilla still at the fore, joined by white grape and nutmeg.
Lasting white chocolate, crushed pepper, and lemon mousse.
