Warm buttered popcorn, a hint of polished pine, and herb-infused oil before sticky toffee pudding joins. Caramelised plums follow, plus creamy strawberry shortcake. A touch of old leather.
Robust notes of drying oak are countered by creamy granola and vanilla, soft oats, and drizzles of honey rest at the centre, while warming cinnamon and nutmeg develop at the core.
Melted toffee arrives at the finish. A gentle warmth remains, with hints of black pepper and old oak lingering, cushioned by vanilla cream.
Found this an underwhelming dram. Definitely try before you buy territory
Quite flavourful, but a bit of a rough finish, somewhat u pleasent.
