Nose: Vanilla, slightly malty interestingly, nougat, then the custard comes in. Nomnomnom...

Palate: Classic fudge on the palate alongside some supporting wood spices.

Finish: More vanilla.

Overall: A little one dimensional perhaps, even for a grain, but it's a darned tasty classic dimension!
