Another Old Particular grain whisky - keep 'em coming Dougie Laing & Co.! Distilled October 1994 and bottled November 2015, one of just 206 bottles.
Vanilla, slightly malty interestingly, nougat, then the custard comes in. Nomnomnom...
Classic fudge on the palate alongside some supporting wood spices.
More vanilla.
A little one dimensional perhaps, even for a grain, but it's a darned tasty classic dimension!
