Description
A fantastic single grain from indie bottler A.D. Rattray, distilled at Invergordon in April 2003. The whisky spent many moons in a single bourbon hogshead until it was bottled a month before its birthday in March 2020 at 16 years old. A limited 284 bottles were released for the Cask Collection at 63.6% ABV.

Nose
Candied orange, coconut cream and lemon drizzle cake.
Palate
Cinnamon butter and nectarine, with creamy vanilla and ground almond.
Finish
Citrus curd and toasted cereal, with runny honey and a sprinkle of fresh kitchen herbs.
