An independently bottled Invergordon single grain Scotch whisky, distilled back in 1988 and matured in a refill butt cask until 2018. It was bottled by Wemyss Malts, and as ever, they've given it a name that hints towards the whisky's flavour profile - Greenhouse Preserves! This is a release of 630 bottles.
Apple, fudge, a hint of hay and buttered corn.
Lemon peel freshness as it opens, shortly followed by roasted nuts, cedar and apricot.
Earthy oak, blueberry and white chocolate.
