A well aged single grain from Invergordon, this was distilled in 1987 and matured for 33 years in a bourbon cask, before being bottled for The Cooper's Choice indie bottling range in 2021. Only 276 bottles of this fab Highlander were produced.
Buttered crumpets with honey, crushed almonds, and vanilla flapjack.
Rich chocolate comes through amongst peppery spice, crisped apples, and maple granola.
Orange zest and soft banana along with oily toasted oak and peppered popcorn.
