Inchgower 9 Year Old 2008 (cask 808846 & 808851) - Small Batch (James Eadie)

An indie from James Eadie! This whisky is a 9 year old single malt distilled by Inchgower in 2008, aged in a pair of first-fill bourbon casks until 2018. 552 bottles were produced as part of the bottler's Small Batch range - so it very much is small batch indeed.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Apple turnovers, burnt caramel and a touch of Turkish delight floral sweetness.

Palate

Citrus begins to build on the palate, remains packed full of brown sugar notes. A light touch of herby dryness.

Finish

Fresh barley and hints of pastry.
