Inchgower 8 Year Old 2014 (cask GD-INCH-14) - Single Cask Series (GreatDrams)
Young Inchgower is a bit of a hidden gem in our book so it's no surprise GreatDrams bottled this delicious 8-year-old Scotch whisky back in September 2022 at 48.2% ABV, after it was matured a single bourbon hogshead. There were just 269 bottles filled, with natural colour and without chill-filtration.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Baking spices prickle through marmalade, toffee, dried grass, and oak char.
Palate
There's oily malt, roasted nuts, Conference pears, and vanilla.
Finish
Apple blossom and acacia honey.
