Independently bottled Inchgower, drawn from first-fill bourbon barrels are five years of maturation. This expression was aged from 2016 to 2022, and was bottled up at 47.2% ABV, with 910 bottles produced. A youthful Inchgower with plenty of character.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Cakey vanilla and fresh apricots, with drying hints of crackers and cedar.
Palate
White pepper and anise, with continued vanilla sweetness.
Finish
Crisp green apple and juicy tangerine, followed by a touch of treacle.
