Inchgower single malt Scotch whisky presented by Thompson Bros. who blended two refill hogshead casks with slight dilution to create a spirit that retained its vibrant fruitiness while offering weight and texture. Both casks had been maturing on-site at Inchgower since 1997 before being moved and bottled in Dornoch, and yielded a total of 406 bottles, non-chill filtered and natural colour, at 52.3% ABV. The bottle label artwork is from KMG.
Salty almond croissants, some marshmallows, pineapple, Percy Pigs, crunchy nut cornflakes, nutmeg, walnuts. Mango and ginger.
Tangerine, banana bread, osmanthus, pineapple cubes, Haribo hearts, hazelnuts lime and cashews. The Texture is super oily, with more mango.
Long and elegant with some marmalade and brine at the end.
