It's the first bottling of Inchgower single malt from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, aged for 26 years! The label seems to feature some goat tourists atop of Niagara Falls, which is completely baffling, but charming all the same.
Batch 1 is a release of 285 bottles.

Yellow plum and apricot, with a dusting of thyme, bringing an earthy edge to the nose.
Buttery at first, but the fresh fruit notes from the nose develop once again.
Layers of honey and malt, followed by a kick of cumin powder.
