Inchgower 18 Year Old 2001 (cask 303709) - Celebration of the Cask (Càrn Mòr)
An indie single cask Inchgower, distilled in April 2001 and placed into a single hogshead and left to mature. Then, the single malt was bottled by Càrn Mòr at cask strength less than two weeks after its eighteenth birthday in April 2019. The cask yielded 250 bottles at 53.1% ABV for the Celebration of the Cask range.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Candied citrus, fresh hay and ground almonds, with a touch of tannic oak.
Palate
White chocolate chip cookie, juicy stone fruit, young oak and apple blossom.
Finish
Citrus peel, toasted oats and barley sugar.
