This is a 17 year old single malt from the Speyside-based distillery, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company.

Nose
Fennel seed, cut grass, dried oak, buttered hot cross buns.
Palate
More baking notes appear on the palate - baklava, Victoria Sponge and lemon drizzle cake.
Finish
Subtly bitter dark chocolate and juicy pear.
