Joining the Infrequent Flyers range of single cask bottlings from Alistair Walker is this single malt from Inchgower Distillery, distilled in 2008 and matured for 15 years in a PX sherry puncheon. 555 bottles of the Speyside Scotch whisky were released in March 2023, naturally coloured and non-chill filtered.
Sweet spices, toasted coconut, and fruity cacao nibs.
Dark caramel, fig rolls, cinnamon and clove, and caramelised almonds.
Drizzles of treacle, and warming spice.
