Indie Inchgower single malt, distilled in November 2008 and filled into a single first-fill Pedro Ximénez quarter cask – smaller than your average cask (approximately a quarter of a butt), meaning it imparts loads of flavour. It was bottled up by The Single Cask at 13 years old, with just 143 bottles released.
Nose: Brown sugar, fruit scones, buttery oak, and cut grass.
Palate: Homemade jam, sultana, oily malt, and dulche de leche.
Finish: Nutmeg and treacle.
