Sherry
A sherried Inchgower here, independently bottled by The Single Cask! This one was distilled in March 2008, and matured for 13 years, including a stint in an Oloroso sherry quarter cask, before being bottled up in September 2021. Only 130 of these excellent bottles were produced.
Demerara sugar, fruitcake, and a hint of baked earth.
Still rich in dried fruit, though barley and butterscotch do poke through.
Clove, caramel, and sultanas.
