Unfortunately, we can't ship Inchgower 13 Year Old 2007 (cask 800651) (Adelphi) to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
Sherried Inchgower alert! This indie Speysider was distilled in 2007, and rested in a single first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butt for the next 13 years. Adelphi bottled this one, releasing 525 bottles at a generous 58.7% ABV.
Nose: Very dark chocolate, orange marmalade, and plump raisins.
Palate: A touch of herbaceous oak, bolstered by toasty spice, blackcurrant jam, and syrupy sherried sweetness.
Finish: More jammy fruit lingers alongside rich mocha, and dried apricot.
