This splendid Speysider is brought to us by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Distilled at Inchgower, this single malt spent a dozen years maturing, beginning in a refill hogshead and finishing in a host of teeny Pedro Ximénez sherry octaves. Inchgower comes from Scots Gaelic for ‘island of the goats’, and there's a rather happy-looking goat on the label of this bottle. A release of 336 bottles.

Nose
Rich aromas of ripe plums immediately draw you in. There’s a hint of fresh coastal air too.
Palate
Notes of buttery buns, complemented by a subtle warmth of black pepper.
Finish
Finishing with a lingering sweetness of honeycomb and dark raisins.
