Distilled at Inchgower in 2011, this single malt spent 11 years maturing, beginning in American oak, and finishing in an oloroso sherry cask. The cask was opened by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. in 2024, releasing 324 bottles for The Cooper's Choice collection, without added colour or chill filtration. Just look at that sherried hue!
