An 11 year old single malt from the Inchgower distillery, aged from February 2005 to July 2016 before being bottled by Gleann Mór for the A Rare Find range. Only 235 bottles were produced.
Spiced fruit drizzled in caramel sauce. A light hint of filo pastry.
Drying cocoa and cinnamon, though well balanced with juicy notes of apple and apricot.
Honey'd barley lingers. Remains drying with baking spices.
