A 10 year old single malt produced at Inchgower, a wonderful workhorse of a distillery. This one was distilled back in March 2009 and left to mature until August 2019, when it was bottled at cask strength. 130 bottles were produced for The Single Cask's very own indie bottling range.

Buttered crumpets, flaky pastry and a hint of mineral salinity in the background

Palate

Buttery Brazil nut, dried apricot, black pepper and a pinch of cumin.

Finish

Custard, pear and Victoria sponge.
