After a decade of restful slumber, cask #803609 was cracked open by the Berry Bros. & Rudd team, as the Speyside single malt Scotch whisky was deemed ready to greet the world. So, yes, say hello to some ace Inchgower, folks!
Nose: Meadows in spring, fresh florals, a touch of gristy barley, and delicate vanilla.
Palate: A touch of dry oak, before sweet hints of red apple and toffee. Allspice develops later on.
Finish: Cereal, caraway, and a hint of flint.
