Possibly the greatest-named whisky of all time, Cashmere And Quietude is a single malt Scotch presented by Wemyss Malts. The family-owned brand says drinking it is like the warm, snug feeling you get when you get cosy under a cashmere blanket. The vintage 2007 whisky is from Speyside distillery Inchgower. It was aged in a hogshead cask which produced 282 bottles at 46% ABV each.
Gingerbread, wood smoke, apples, and creamy hazelnut.
Currant bun sweetness, stem ginger, cocoa, and orange peel.
Dry and spicy.
