A Spirits Shop' Selection bottling of Inchgower distilled in 2010 and matured for a dozen years in a single hogshead. That cask yielded a total of 290 bottles when it was opened in 2023, boasting a wholesome strength of 57.6% ABV and a floral cat illustration on the label.
Floral notes of orchard blossom and hay are backed by zesty notes of citrus and tropical fruit.
Runny honey, apples, and pears lead to spicy notes of crystalised ginger, with dried orange and a touch of woody spice.
Salted caramel, lingering citrus zest, toasted nuts, and baking spice.
