An indie Imperial single malt, drawn from a single bourbon barrel! This 27 year old whisky was distilled back in December 1989 and bottled in July 2017 by Càrn Mòr as part of the Celebration of the Cask range. Only 188 bottles were produced.
Fruity esters, a touch of Christmas spice followed by apricot and melon.
Porridge oats, runny honey, dried cedar and a helping of figgy pudding.
Lingering quince jam and sponge cake sweetness.
