A rare chance to taste some Imperial single malt! Though the distillery is closed, indie bottlers like Chapter 7 do sometimes get their hands on some of its remaining stock, and they are exciting indeed! This one was matured for 22 years, and bottled up for the Monologue series with an outturn of only 218 bottles.
Apple pie with cinnamon and nutmeg, juxtaposed by soft cedar hints.
Another slice of apple pie, now with some mango cheesecake too! A dusting of black pepper spiciness later on.
Lingering earthiness and zesty citrus.
