Scotland
Independent bottled single malt from the closed Imperial distillery, bottled by Signatory. This was distilled in September 1995 (a few years before Imperial closed its door for the last time) and matured in a pair of hogshead casks for 20 years. It was bottled in May 2016.
Apricot-and-apple-filled pastries, quite buttery and slightly floral.
Creamy vanilla and light orange blossom. Notes of dark chocolate hidden away in there too.
Refreshingly fruity.
