A 2021 release of Ichiro’s Malt Double Distilleries 2021. The renowned Ichiro Akuto created this blended malt from single malts from the Chichibu and Mars distilleries. Unusual in Japanese whisky for distilleries to share casks, so this is a treat.

Nose
