Another Highland single malt release for the 'As We Get It' range from Ian Macleod here, as always sourced from an undisclosed distillery and presented non-chill filtrated and without colour added. This particular expression was bottled at a burly 60.6% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Mirabelle, pear, foam bananas, vanilla, and flint.
Palate
Oak spice, charred tropical fruit, toffee, barley water, and hazelnut cream horns.
Finish
Apple, buttered brioche, and black pepper spice.
