This is the second single cask release from the Holyrood distillery. The single malt was distilled from a combo of Distilling Malt, Distillers Yeast 502, Distillers Yeast 379, Nottingham Ale Yeast, and Belgian Ale Yeast, and matured in a single oloroso sherry cask.
