Produced from a mash bill of 73% corn, 15% wheat, and 12% barley at the Holladay distillery in Weston, Missouri, this is a cask-strength edition of its wheated bourbon. The whiskey is matured for a minimum of six years before being bottled on site at the distillery.
Waves of creamy toffee and vanilla, burnt sugar and rich oak char with subtle orchard fruits beneath.
Juicy notes of apples and stone fruits, dusted with sweet spices. Rich oak, a touch of peppercorn warmth and silky layers of caramel.
Cinnamon and pepper linger alongside sweet, oaken vanilla and butterscotch.
