Creamy, estery fruits – William pear mostly – lead, with soft barley, vanilla ice cream and a touch of garden herb. There’s a rhubarb and apple crumble note present throughout, as well as a little nuttiness and white chocolate.
Winter spice heat and refined smoke push through a mix of floral honey, black fruits and a hint of brown bread with salted butter.
Drying, with orange zest and a little lingering wood spice. A little botrytis emerges after a while. - ADAM
