Whitlaw is whisky made at Highland Park specially for blenders and independent bottlers. In this case, we have a 10-year-old single malt Scotch whisky, distilled back in 2013 and matured in oloroso sherry casks until it was bottled at 47.5% ABV for the Strictly Limited range by Càrn Mòr.

Nose
Orange chocolate, sea salt, cinnamon, and dried fruit.
Palate
Stewed plums, figs, salted caramel, orange peel, and lemon shortbread.
Finish
Rich and smoky-sweet.
