The fourth release in Highland Park's 'The Keystones Series', Yesnaby! The range explores the distillery's five traditional keystones of production over 220 years. Yesnaby is named after the eponymous cliffs on Orkney's Atlantic coastline, while
the liquid itself marries three first-fill sherry American oak casks filled in 2005, from the distillery's most Northerly warehouse. Hence, this bottling represents the keystone of cool maturation. Only 1,200 bottles released.

£150 for a 15 y/o HP. Only 1200 bottle released - is that important? and no Viking story behind it. And what FFS is a sherry filled American oak cask? and why did it get thrown off a cliff. I dont think so.
