A distillery bottling of Highland Park Shiel, the second release of The Keystones Series, bottled in 2017 at 48.1% ABV. The name, Shiel, comes from the wooden shovels used by hand to turn the barley as it germinates. Normally, these hand-turned floor maltings make up around 20% of the malt used in Highland Park, but for this special limited release it makes up the full 100%. 1,200 bottles were released.
