Released in 2019, this whisky celebrated 50 years of Scottish Ballet. Highland Park master whisky maker, Gordon Motion, selected whisky matured in first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and a smaller quantity of refill casks and then bottled it at 40% ABV. Only 5,000 bottles of Scottish Ballet were released, with each sale supporting the delivery of the national dance company’s outreach programme.
