Highland Park Hobbister
Highland Park Hobbister was the first release in the Keystone Series marking the distillery's five keystones of production. This expression celebrates peat, and Hobbister takes its name from the peat moor surrounding the distillery. A release of 1,200 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Tropical fruit and floral notes alongside hefty peat smoke aromas.
Palate
Smoky peat and sweet floral honey, followed by brown sugar and vanilla pod with a hint of charred pineapple.
Finish
Charred oak and candied fruits with peat smoke returning.
