Highland Park Hillhead 70cl Whisky

Highland Park Hillhead is the fifth and final release in the Keystone Series from the distillery, exploring the five traditional keystones of the whisky making process. Hillhead explores the impact of cask harmonisation, with whisky drawn from first-fill sherry European and American oak, and first-fill bourbon American oak. Only 1,200 bottles were released.
