This single cask single malt from Highland Park saw the lightly peated Orkney whisky finished in a ruby port pipe, bringing notes of sweet summer berries to the heather smoke core. It was bottled in 2023 for The Cooper's Choice series from The Vintage Malt Whisky Co., with only 612 bottles available.
