This 2015 vintage single malt is brought to us as part of The Cooper's Choice Golden Cut Collection from the Vintage Malt Whisky Co. Matured for a total of nine years, the whisky was treated to a finish in a sauternes wine cask, bringing zesty notes of citrus honey and tropical fruit sweetness to the gently smoky malt at its core. A release of 342 bottles.
Smoked heather honey and hints of grilled tropical fruits.
Honeyed sweetness carries through with candied orange, lemon drops, and delicate peat smoke.
Smoky embers, apricot pastries, and sweetly warming spice.
