Cask strength single malt from the Highland Park distillery, drawn from a pair of bourbon barrels which matured the whisky for 9 years. This tasty Island expression was independently bottled by Gordon & MacPhail.
Smoked meats and hearty malt. A squeeze of orange and some heather honey.
Wave after wave of earthy, drying smoke contrasted with juicy citrus and fresh banana.
Spicy ginger, black pepper and a touch of ash.
