This independent bottling of Highland Park single malt Scotch whisky was distilled during September 2007. It aged until March 2012, when Gordon & MacPhail bottled it at cask strength without chill filtering.
Apple and custard sweets, sweetpea and orange blossom with a touch of oak smoke.
Nutty oak and saddle leather with peach pieces developing.
White coffee and hints of smoke again.
