Nose
Roasted nuts, orange peel, gingerbread, soft smoke, raisins, salted toffee.
Palate
Smoked almonds, sticky dates, Seville orange, earthy peat, chocolate raisins, and pepper.
Finish
Dry, nutty and lightly smoky with lingering citrus.
