This jaw-dropping 54-year-old single malt from Highland Park, bottled by Duncan Taylor boasted the crown as the oldest-ever independent bottling from the Orcadian distillery at the time of its release in 2024. Drawn from a single sherry-seasoned cask, the whisky is housed in a handmade dagger-shaped decanter, with a copper plinth to display it on, all inside a luxurious cabinet complete with gloves for handling it safely. A release of 158 bottles.
